Utility Sub Meter Reading and Billing »

HomeOwners Advantage can provide sub-meter utility billing at rates far below industry pricing – which means lower overall cost to the association or homeowner. Our standard sub-meter billing fee is $3.00/door, per month, plus $0.50 per meter and include consolidated billing statements, comparative usage reports, and outlier analysis and investigation.

FHA Certification Approval »

The rules for FHA-insured loans have changed. Due to changes in federal law, an entire condominium or townhome association must be certified before FHA-insured loans can be used for purchases or refinancing. With FHA certification, your association will maintain a competitive advantage over other associations.


Our in-house experts provide assistance obtaining condominium project approval with FHA, VA and FNMA. Our services include the compilation, review and submission of all necessary document to various government agencies for legal acceptance. In addition, we offer recertification for properties that are currently approved with FHA and need to renew their approval.
